Contributing Funds to Special Purpose Vehicles
Merito shares project docs, including a scientific white paper, on an investor portal. Interested investors can contribute funds to support the research and thus earn a stake in the future intellectual property returns of that project.

Direct Engagement with Researchers
Via an online platform, investors can interact with researchers and ask questions. Investors have access to relevant non-confidential data and IP arising from the development of the project. Investors may assist the project in accessing new resources, including lab talent and pharma partners.
