Merito supported two U.S.-based investment fundraising campaigns for nine Fukuoka biotech start-ups, generating deals from American venture capital into Japanese innovators. By positioning Japanese biotech potential at the center of a compelling growth narrative, we connected high-potential start-ups with the right investors and client opportunities. To catalyze these relationships, Merito and the Fukuoka Governor's Office planned and executed two investment-focused trips to Boston, one of the world’s leading biotech hubs. These initiatives accelerated cross-border collaboration and strengthened the global visibility of Japan’s emerging biotech ecosystem.
